Grind the soaked moong daal with minimum use of water

Take it out in a bowl
Add semolina and rice flour - 3
Beat nicely with a big spoon or hand

Add cumin seeds
Salt and chilli - 5
Let it rest for 5-10 minutes
Keep a pan or tawa on the flame

Make cheelas with the ready batter when tawa is hot in the same way as we make dosas

Prepare aloo masala separately in a pan
By adding oil, mustard seeds when it crackles - 8
Chopped onions, curry leaves green chilli etc
Sauté for a while - 9
Add turmeric, red chilli,coriander powder and salt
Stir
Add slightly mashed potatoes - 10
Mix well
Cover it so that everything gets incorporated well - 11
Masala aloo is ready
Stuff them in cheelas - 12
Serve hot
