Ingredients

  1. For bhature
  2. 250 gmmaida
  3. 1/2 cupsemolina
  4. To tastesalt
  5. 1 tspsugar
  6. 1/2 cupcurd
  7. 1 tspbaking powder
  8. As neededoil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients into a big bowl and knead soft dough with lukewarm water. Cover it and keep it for rest fir 2 hours.

  2. 2

    Take ball, roll it and deep fry in medium hot oil.

  3. 3

    Bhature is ready serve with black chane and onion lachha.
