What happened when my daughter s came from school na... They both r very hungry..bt as usual not wanted to eat roti -subji.. Both wants to eat something chatpata so I have an idea because I have roti dough with me ...and I head about this parotha from someone (bt not tasted ) I convinced them and got an amazing result ...both r very happy with it. ☺

Ingredients

  • For stuffing --2 medium onions finely chopped
  • Ajwain 1/4 t spn(optional)
  • Salt
  • Red chilli powder 1t spn
  • Fresh Coriander chopped
  • 1 pinchHing
  • Ready garlic chutany
  • Chapati dough(aata Gutha hua)
  • Oil for shallow fry

Steps

  1. 1

    In chopped onion add rest of the ingredients and mix it well. (I used garlic chutany here because I have it.. You can use shezwan chutany or any other sauce which your children like.)

  2. 2

    Take a small piece of a dough and make a roll small add stuffing and cover it from all the sides.

  3. 3

    Again roll it with very light hands.. and make a parotha...

  4. 4

    Shallow fry it on tava with oil.
