Ingredients

1/2 cupbesan(gram flour)
1/4 cuppure ghee
1/2 cupsugar
1/4 tspGreen cardmom powder
1 tspkewara water
1/2 kgthick boiled milk
Dry fruits according to ur choice

Roast gram flour in ghee on low flame till it turns Golden.leave it for at room temperature. Now add boiled milk mix well and boiled it for at least 15 min on low medium flame.

Add sugar dissolved well.add cardmom powder and kewara water...add dry fruits...
