Ingredients

  1. 4 tspbesan
  2. 1potato
  3. 1onion
  4. 1tomato
  5. To tastesalt
  6. 1 tspred chilli powder
  7. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  8. 4 glasslassi
  9. 1 tspCumin seeds
  10. Some Coriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan and add oil and jeera.

  2. 2

    Then add chopped potatoes,onions, tomatoes and all spices and cook for 5 to 8 mins.

  3. 3

    Then add besan in bowl and little water and mix well then it to other pan andd add lassi and cook for 10 to 20 mins.

  4. 4

    After that add coriander leaves and serve.
