This sugar filled desert is a go to homemade something for the sweet tooth.
Steps

Wash and cut the raw sweet potatoes into cubes

Put the butter in the sufuria and let melt. Then add everything else in. Stir until it comes to a boil.

Cover and simmer on medium heat while mixing carefully every 8 to 10 minutes for 30 minutes or until the potatoes are soft but not mushy.

Uncover and let the water evaporate. This is when the sugar Caramelizes. 10 minutes.

Enjoy this sweetness hot or cold with milk, mala, yoghurt, etc. Or better yet, solo.
