These are not the traditional cookies. For a start, they are made with oil instead of but and they are fatter (but it depends on how you shape then).

These are not the traditional cookies. For a start, they are made with oil instead of but and they are fatter (but it depends on how you shape then).
Steps

Pre-heat the oven to 180C*. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

In a small bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, oats and salt
- 3
In a larger bowl, whisk the sugars, egg, oil and vanilla extract
- 4
Gradually, add the dry mix to the wet
- 5
Fold in the chopped chocolate and nuts (or whatever you're putting in)

Shape into small balls and then flatten in the baking tray. Put the cookies into the oven for 8 minutes for a soft cookie or for 9 /10 minutes from a crunchier one.
