  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastered chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  • 2chopped onion
  • 1chopped tomato
  • 1chopped potato
  • 1 tspsugar
  • 1lemon
  • As neededoil

Steps

    Take a pressure wok add oil

  2. 2

    Add cumin, mustard seeds

  3. 3

    Add all veggies and soute it

  4. 4

    Add all spices and mix well

  5. 5

    Add lemon, sugar and mix well

  6. 6

    Now add washed poha and cooked it
