Steps

Peel, slice the yam in cubes, wash and put on fire to boil

Add in ur salt while cooking

Add in your blended fresh pepper, onion and crayfish to the boiling yam.

Add palm oil and cook all together.

Once the yam is tender enough add the sliced and washed ugu leaves. Stir and bring down.
