Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgBaby potatoes
  2. 2 tspMustard oil
  3. 1 tea spoonMustard seeds
  4. 1/2 tspCumin seeds
  5. Salt per taste
  6. 1 tspGaram masala
  7. Red chilli pow as required
  8. 1-2Green chillies
  9. 1 tspHaldi
  10. 1 tspCoriander seeds, cumin seeds,saunf along black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    First roast coriander,saunf,cumin and black pepper seeds and grind it make powder of it

  2. 2

    Boil the potatoes and keep aside in pan or wok take mustard oil and add all dry masala along potatoes and mix it well and cook till potatoes get soft and garnish it with green coriander leaves
