Ingredients

  • बाजरे का आटा २५० गा्म
  • गुड़ १५० गा्म
  • सफेद तिल ५० गा्म
  • पानी १ कप
  • तलने के लिये खाने का तेल

Steps

  1. 1

    गुड़ को पानी मे डालकर धीमी आंच पर घोल बना लें।

    बाजरे का आटा मे सफेद तिल मिलाकर, गुड़ का घोल मिलाकर माढ़ लें।

    अब बाजरे के अाटे की छोटी छोटी बॉलस बना कर हाथों से दबाकर टिककी बना लें।

  4. 4

    अब इस टिककी को खाने के तेल मे डीप फा्ई करें।
