Nachos:
Make soft dough with the above ingredients and cover it for fifteen minutes.
make three parts of dough and roll into thin roti.
Cut one and half inches strips then cut them into triangles.
Keep on dry flour dusted tray then deep fry on low flame till done.
Can sprinkle paprikaCheese Dip:
Melt butter add flour and braise adding milk salt and paprika. Add in cheese and mix well as cheese melts remove from flame add parsley and mix, remove in a bowl. - 2
Toppings:
Cut veggies in small cubes, sprinkle little salt and pepper and tossHow to serve:
Lay nachos on platter, sprinkle veggies and top up with cheese dip abd salsa sauce.
Serve as you prepare
