Steps

Wash the phool and put in boil water squèze at night.

Wash the phool in cooker steam or 1 whistle and drain it.

In a pan heat the oil put it ginger,onion,green chilli and mix it well 10/15 min. cooked it.

After 10/15 min.2 tsp curd in it and mix it well.

According to taste salt and dry coriander
- 6
All the spices mix it and put in sahjana.
- 7
After 10 minutes sahjana phool is ready.
