Ingredients

2 cupsAll Purpose Flour
2 cupsMilk
2Eggs
2 tspBaking Powder
3 tbspSugar
1/2 CupOil
pinchSalt
1 tspVanilla Essence
2 tbspCocoa (optional)

Steps

Mix flour, salt and baking powder, keep aside. Beat eggs well add sugar and beat again add oil and milk and keep on beating now. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Use waffle maker to make waffles. Serve with cream and melted chocolate

NB: if adding cocoa add 2 tbsp sugar
