First step:- On the gas, take a pan and add ghee, milk and milkpowder and cook in medium flame until look like mawa, turn off the flame and transfer to a bowl

Second step :-For syrup take a pan add acup of water and sugar and boil it and add rose water and mix well.turn flame off and keep aside.

Third step :-take a bowl, mawa, maida, suji, baking powder and add milk to mix it well to make asoft and smooth gulab jamun ball.

Forth step:- make gulab jamun balls and covered at every point of time to prevent them from forming drying. Deep fry the gulab jamun balls in low flame stiring golden brown. Then transfer into syrup and gulabjamun are ready to eat.
