  • 1sliced baingan
  • 1 cupbesan
  • to tastesalt and red chilli
  • 1 tspcarom seeds
  • oil for fry

    Mix besan,spices and make a batter heat oil,dip one by one slices of baingan in batter and fry in hot oil and serve.
