  • Alaiyahu
  • Palm oil
  • Attarugu
  • Fresh fish known as sukumbiya
  • Seasoning
  • Black pepper
  • 1 handfulspring onions leaf
  • Onions

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pot fry ur palm oil and attarugu 4 at least 5mn

  2. 2

    Then put spring onions leaf fry for 2min then put ur alaiyahu

  3. 3

    U already marinate ur fish with black pepper,seasoning,onions,

  4. 4

    Then remove all the bones and add it to ur alaiyahu an fry for 5min ur soup is ready
