Ingredients

  • 1 LMilk
  • 250 gpaneer grated
  • 2 TspMilk powder
  • 1/2 TspCardamom powder
  • 1/5 Cup sugar
  • Almonds as per required

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the milk to increase its consistency till it gets half of its wight......

  2. 2

    Add paneer and milk power in it with cardamoms... To it

  3. 3

    Add half cup of sugar in it..

  4. 4

    Cook for 10-15 mins...

  5. 5

    Pour almonds for garnishing the kheer

  6. 6

    Served hot....
