So yummmy tried to add some tamarind n jaggery from the previous recipe turned out really crispy n tasty.
Steps

Wash the leaves properly n remove the veins n roll it with a rolling pin. keep them aside.

Take gram flour,salt,red chilli,garlic n ginger paste,tumeric.Mix well n add tamarind n jaggery n water make into a thick paste.keep it aside

Take 1 leaf n apply the paste on it,put the 2nd leaf n apply the paste.Do the same for abt 5 leaves then roll.

Put water in a big sufuria n a colander.Place the rolls on it n cover the sufuria make sure no steam is coming out.

Steam for 15-20mins remove n let it cool then slice them.U can eat them steamed or shallow fry them.Put oil in a frying pan n fry them.

Serve it hot with chutney of ur choice
