Steps

Heat oil in a pan, saute till translucent. Add green bell peppers and cubed beef.

Add crayfish, and cabbage, stir and cook for 2-5 seconds
- 3
Sprinkle some salt, ginger powder and seasoning cube
- 4
Add the cooked yam,and sprinkle some ummuzees italian seasoning.
- 5
Add water,adjust taste, cover and allow to cook
- 6
When cooked, serve warm. And enjoy. I always like to serve mine with some manshanu (ghee) and (yaji)
