5huge peeled potatoes
1 tspsalt
1 tsprosemary leaves
1 tspsugar

Steps

Peel the potatoes and boil in water add the rosemary and salt, sugar. Don't over boil them

Once boiled, arrange them on a oven plate and sprinkle vinegar.

Put them in the oven at 270 degrees C for 20minutes. When ready serve on a plate. Best served with salad. Enjoy
