Start by perboiling the rice,strain and keep aside.

Cook the liver and let it cool then cut into small pieces

Cook the green beans and set aside.

Chop carrot and green pepper, wash them and boil the carrot till it softens a bit, then keep aside.

Grate the onion and red pepper and set aside.

Put pan on fire and add veg.oil to it, add the grated onion and pepper and turn, add the cooked liver, cooked green beans, boiled carrot, diced green pepper, curry,thyme and turn.

Add the perboiled rice, seasoning, black pepper and turn then add a little water to cook the rice and turn.

Cover and let cook, then put off the fire and serve.
