Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsemolina
  2. 5 cupsmilk
  3. 1/2 cupsugar
  4. 1/2 cupdried cranberries chopped
  5. 1 spoonOrange peel grated
  6. 2-3 spoonsRose water
  7. For creamy layer-
  8. As requiredCoconut milk cream
  9. 1/2 cupRegular cream
  10. 2 tablespoonsvery fine powder of coconut
  11. 1 spoonFinally crushed pista
  12. 1 cupHazelnut syrup or sugar syrup for pouring
  13. SomeStrawberry for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a kadhai and roast semolina lightly.

    Add milk and stir continuously.

    When it become some thick,add dried cranberries and Orange peel.

    Mix sugar also.

    When it is soft compare to halwa add Rose water.

  6. 6

    It should be very soft bt not in pouring consistency.

  7. 7

    Now switch off the flame and set this mixture in a bowl or cake tin in the refrigerator.

    For layering take coconut milk cream and regular cream wipped it.

    Mix coconut powder and wipped again till soft pik.

    Take out bowl or cake tin from refrigerator.

    Make a cream layer over it

    Decorate with pista and strawberry as you like.

    Keep it in refrigerator for set it.

    Keep it out 5 minutes before serving.

    Pour hazelnut syrup or sugar syrup over it.

    Serve this delicious pudding before your guest.
