This is very unique pudding with full of bursting flavours.

Take a heavy bottomed vessel and boil milk. Slow the flame.

While boiling add khoya and rice powder milk. Keep stirring.when everything incorporates nicely then add saffron and crushed cardamom. Keep boiling till it thickens.

At last add sugar and Switch off flame. Let it cool completely.

When firni cools completely blend Strawberries with firni till it smoothens. keep in refrigerator to set.

Now to make caramelised heart, heat sugar on low flame. when it Caramelised add rest ingredients. Now quickly pour on greased silicone plate and cut in heart shape. Nutty Caramelised Heart is ready.

Garnish firni with nutty Caramelised heart, Strawberry, sprinklers and dry fruits.

Serve chilled firni pudding.
