Ingredients

1 cupchuda/Poha (grind into powder)
salt
3 tbspsour curd
1small potato chopped
onion chopped
2green chilli chopped
2 tbsppeas/carrot little(veggies of ur choice)
1 tbsppeanuts (roasted and crushed) little
chopped coriander little
water as required
1 packEno fruit salt

Steps

Mix all nicely into a thick batter. Rest it for 10 mins. Then u can see the batter will be little hard. Add little curd or water and 1 packet eno. Mix it nicely. Then in a muffin tray arrange and bake for 20 mins in a preheated oven at 180℃
