  • Egusi
  • Crayfish
  • Palm oil
  • leafBitter
  • Smoked fish
  • Beef
  • cubesSalt and seasoning
  • Tomato and pepper
  • Onion
  • Fresh egg

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend your egusi, tomatoes with pepper and set aside.

  2. 2

    Wash your beef, boil with seasoning cubes and salt ad set aside

  3. 3

    Wash your bitter leaf very well(to get rid of dirt and sand)and set aside

  4. 4

    Put little palm oil allow it heat up, (don't bleach) then add the fresh blended tomatoes and pepper fry it very well. Break fresh egg to the blended egusi, add the meat stock, onions add more water, salt and seasoning, mix very well and pour it into the pot on fire. Cover it and allow it to boil but stir the soup occasionally to avoid it getting burnt, and add more water if need be.

    Add the beef and smoked fish.

  6. 6

    Add bitter leaf and adjust the seasoning I need be. Allow it simmer for some minutes and serve with poundo yam or fufu
