Steps

In a mixing bowl add wheat flour salt one tsp oil and mix well and make soft dough by adding required amount of water cover the dough.

Heat the pan add oil add green chilli paste, Chopped onion saute till turns golden brown add turmeric powder, Red Chilli powder, garam masala, salt and mix well cook for 2 minutes add boiled and mashed potatoes, Coriander leaves mix well cook for 2 minutes turns off. Allow to cool.

Divide the dough into equal lemon size balls knead and roll and stuff with aloo onion Masala cover and seal the edges and roll flatten as Parata.

Heat the Tawa spread the oil add rolled Parata pour oil flip add oil spread evenly cook the Parata both the sides.

Enjoy soft and spicy Parata with Curd and Pickle.
