2 tbspOil for moyan
1 tbspKasturi methi
1 tspAjwain/carom seeds
1 tspRed chilli powder
1 tspTurmeric powder
1 tspJeeravan
1 tspCumin seeds
To tasteSalt
2 tbspgram flour
2 tbspMaize flour
As requiredWater
SomeOil for frying

Mix all dry ingredients well and add moyan of oil in it mix well and add water and make tight dough and keep aside.
2

In a kadhai put oil for frying and heat it. Then Make small balls from dough and make Puri and fry it in medium hot oil Puri is ready to eat.
