Ingredients

  • 1K Prawn, deveined
  • 1 COrange soda (ROYAL)
  • 3 TbspButter
  • 1 pcWhite Onion, chopped
  • 8 clovesGarlic, minced
  • 1thumb size Ginger, grated
  • 1 canSriracha Sardines,(remove bones and mashed) set aside sauce
  • Salt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate prawn in soda

  2. 2

    Heat pan. Add butter and sauté onion, garlic and ginger

  3. 3

    Put mashed sardines and sauté

  4. 4

    Add prawn, sardine sauce.

  5. 5

    Salt and pepper to taste. Cooked for 5 minutes

  6. 6

    You can adjust sauce mixture by adding half cup of water or soda marinate.
