Peel yam, cut and wash, peel onion and spring onion, wash and cut, wash pepper and cut and set aside.

Pound crayfish, peel cubes seasonings from their wraps, crush and set aside.

In a cooking pot, add banga oil, crayfish, crushed cube seasonings, salt and pepper. Stir well add some stock, then add yam and cover. Allow to cook before you mash a little. Check taste and adjust. Add spring onions leaves already chopped and mix up well. Cook for a minute or two. Serve.
