Wash and parboil rice

Cook liver and cut into small pieces

Cut your veggies- carrot,green beans, onion

Fry onion put in your chopped veggies, add curry and seasoning to taste

Put in your pieces of liver and allow to cook for 5mins

Serve your rice and sauce
