Heat oil in a non-stick pan,add onion and green chillies and saute till onion turns brown,break egg in a bowl and whisk well,add tomatoes and salt to the pan mix well and cook on medium heat till tomatoes turn soft,add turmeric powder and mix well, add chopped coriander and mix well,add egg mix and cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes

Combine suji,buttermilk,salt in a deep bowl and mix well, cover and keep aside for 20 minutes

Add oil on a preheated griddle

Spread the suji batter on it, quickly add the egg bhurji and spread it well

Cover this with a bit more batter, spread it well.sprinkle some oil on it

Once the side down of the uttapam becomes golden brown slowly flip it over and cook the other side

Now sandwich is ready, take it of the pan and slice it in to small pieces
