Grind the camel meat again in a food processor until very fine.

Add the remaining ingredients to the meat and knead the mixture very well.

Place the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Shape into kofta and grill on a grill pan or bake in the oven as desired. I grilled mine, then at the end placed a piece of hot charcoal in the pan and covered it with a stainless steel strainer to infuse a smoky flavor. *The taste of the chicken and bulgur is not noticeable at all, and they also increase the amount of kofta.
