I have been craving for this soup for a while so today I decided to prepare it ,this mouth watering soup is originated from the northern part of Nigeria.

Steps

Wash and cut alaihu and yakuwa

Fry groundnut in a pan on low heat for 5min,put down and it to cool

Grind the groundnut,I used motar and pestle
- 4
Wash and blend tomatoes,tatase, pepper, onions and crayfish together
- 5
Wash and marrinate goat meat and cook for 30min
- 6
In a pot add Palm oil,add blended tomotoe mixture and fry

Add the cooked goat meat and groundnut paste and stir, cook on low heat for 5min
- 8
Add seasoning,spring onions and yakuwa and stir cover and allow it cook for 5min
- 9
Add alaihu and stir cover and allow to steam another 5min and serve with semo/tuwon shinkafa/ tuwon masara etc
