Ingredients

  1. 500 gspaghetti, boiled and drained
  2. 300 gchicken breast
  3. 2red peppers, sliced
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. Cayenne pepper
  6. 5 clovesgarlic crushed
  7. 70 gtomato paste
  8. 1 bunchdhania finely chopped
  9. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Saute the peppers in a pan and set aside when ready. They should still retain some crunchiness when done.

    Add a little oil in the skillet and grunge garlic, add chicken and fry till ready (about 8 minutes)

  3. 3

    Add the spaghtti, toss and season

  4. 4

    Add the peppers back and toss, add tomato paste, mix, add some water(i prefer milk to make it creamier)

  5. 5

    Top with Dhania, mix and serve!
