Chopped all veggies on chopping board. Take a bowl add grated paneer, chopped veggies, roasted besan, grated ginger, lime juice salt, garam masala, mix all togather well

Make a small size patties with this mixture

Heat the butter in a pan over medium flame. Shallow fry the patties till they become golden brown in colour.

Serve this with your favourite dip.
