The major ingredient here is meat broth to compliment the oil we are not adding. So when you cook your meat, ensure to get the juice moderately. Here I used goat because of flavour it gives. Once it is cooked set aside

Wash already cut ugu and pour strainer to remove water completely.

In a pot pour meat broth, and blended veggies. Allow to boil a little, then add ugu and taste first before you add any seasoning. Add crayfish and mix well. Pour in the meat. Voila... It is ready. Can be served with rice
