In a bowl add besan... washed & chopped methi leaves... chopped ginger green chillies.. ajwain...salt lemon juice.. little sugar...haldi dhaniya jeera powder...mix well..1tsp hot oil...add water adjust consistency...cover & keep for few minutes..

On a non stick hot tawa...spread thin batter in a round shape...roast....give a brush of oil..roast.till done 70%...filp.. other side let it be done.. again filp..

Spread chopped onions, tomatoes, capsicum,fresh coriander..cover& cook for 1 min..add grated cheese..roast till cheese melts...

Roll..cut in piece Serve....Hot..hot with mint chtuney..& ketchup....
