Heat up a pan add ghee, sevai and roast on medium heat for about 3-4minutes. Until it turns light golden.Add raisins and cashew fry until nice crunchy.

In the same pan add oil, mustard seeds and let it splutter. Add finely chopped garlic, green chilli, asafoetida, curry leaves, peanut and saute 2-3minutes.

Now add chopped onion saute 2-3minutes, then add chopped carrot cook for about 4-5minutes.

Now add turmeric powder mix everything well together. Add roasted sevai and mix it well.

Now add water, salt mix well. Cover and cook until the water is absorbed.

Now add chopped coriander leaves mix well. Serve with roasted raisins and cashews.
