In a mixer jar grind green peas with little water and make smooth paste

In a bowl take besan,suji,dahi,ginger chilli paste and grind peas.add salt and mix well

Add 1cup water in the mixture little by little.mix well and make a batter of dhokla.leave it for 15-20 minutes.

Now add Eno in the batter and mix lightly and transfer the batter into greased borosill bowl or dish and cook on micro power lever high for 5 minutes.take out and cool it

Transfer into a plate cut into pieces.
now it's time for tadka. so take a pan and heat 2tblspn oil add sarson,til and Curry leaves green chillies when it crackles add 3 tblspn water and sugar.when sugar is dissolves pour the tadka on dhokla
