Ingredients

  • 200 gmPotatoes boiled
  • 1/4 cuppeas boiled
  • 1 tspcumin seed
  • 1 tspginger paste
  • 1bay leaf
  • 1 tspred chilli Powder
  • 1 pinchasafoetida
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspcumin powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf, asafoetida and fry the Potatoes

  2. 2

    Add salt and turmeric powder and cover

  3. 3

    Now add ginger paste and cumin powder, red chilli Powder

  4. 4

    Mix peas and sugar and serve
