Take cooker and put potatoes in it to boil them. When you put potatoes in it add a pinch of salt to it.

Take a pan put 1 teaspoon of oil to it. When it gets heated put onion and tomatoes to it and mix it well add some salt, red chilli, haldi and dhaniya to it and fry them for few minutes.

Now let it cool down and after that make a puree of it. Puree should be little bit thick.

Now peel the potatoes. Take a pan and heat some oil and put jeera (cumin seeds), hing, khada masala and put the puree to it. Mix It well, if puree is thick add some water to it. Now add potatoes to it.

Mix the potatoes very well now cover the pan with a lid so that masala gets heated nicely for 5 minutes. Now dum aaloo is ready to serve. For garnishing add dhania to it..
