Ingredients

  • 1.5 cupcheakpeas soaked and boiled
  • 1 tspcumin seed
  • 1bay leaf
  • 1dry chilli
  • 1 tspcumin powder
  • 1 tbspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspred chilli Powder and turmeric
  • 1 tspginger crushed
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1 tspgarlic chopped
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and red chilli

  2. 2

    Add onion chopped and saute well

  3. 3

    Add ginger garlic and saute till the raw smell disappears

  4. 4

    Add all masala powder and salt,mix well

  5. 5

    As oil comes out add boiled cheakpeas

  6. 6

    Add sugar and water mix well and serve.
