Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgpotato peeled and cut into strips
  • 3 tspcorn flour
  • 2 tspmaida
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli,black pepper powder
  • 1 pinchred colour
  • 1 tspchat masala
  • To tastesalt
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add maida and corn flour and all spices and mix it

  2. 2

    Heat oil in pan and dip all potato strips in batter and fry in medium oil

  3. 3

    Sprinkled chat masala and serve it
