1 cupsuji
1/2 cupcurd
2grated carrot
to tasteSalt
1/2 tsp baking soda
as neededMint chutney

Take a bowl, add suji, curd, salt and grated carrot, add some water as required and backing soda
2

Take the idli mould and put some batter in each mould
3

When the idli is steamed properly, serve it with freshly prepared mint chutney
