Firstly take a cooker add dal And water. now add salt and turmeric powder And mix it now cover the lid And boil dal for 15 minutes on low flame

Now take a wok, add oil And heat it.now add jeera and fry it.add garlic, fry it & add onion and tomato fry it till leave ghee. now add little salt and red chilli powder. mix it. add chopped coriander leaves and mix it

Lastly add boiled dal And mix it boil it for 2 minutes And put off the flame

Dal is ready serve it with chapati
