Paneer butter masala(less spicy)

Thaw paneer in boiling water...for 30 minutes..if kept in fridge

Chop onions,tomatoes,garlic and ginger

In a wok,add some butter along with some oil(not coconut oil)...add dried Kashmiri chilli and fry..add onions...saute for some time...then add ginger,garlic....saute a bit..then add tomatoes

Then add powders...chilli and turmeric(u can add a half teaspoon of coriander...it's optional)...cook untill...oil seperates

Switch off the flame...let it cool down...after that blend the mixture with cashews

In the wok...add butter...and the blended mixture...attain the desired consistency...by adding water...when it boils...add garam masala...after two minutes..add paneer(u can just stir fry the paneer in butter...optional)...and cook for 5 min in med flame..adjust taste of garam masala..

Then add kasurimethi....and finally fresh cream...and switch off the flame

Add some salt...when u saute vegetables...adjust when u boil the mixture
