Steps

Wash the meat, put in a pot, season and allow to cook for some minutes.

Slice the okro and vegetables and set aside.

Remove meat from the pot leaving only the stock, add little water and start cooking.

Pour in the red oil, allow to boil a little, add the crayfish, the seasoning, salt, pepper and allow to boil.

Add the sliced okra and sliced onions. Add the meat.

Add the Ugu, add the smoked fish. Allow to simmer.

Your soup is ready. Then make EBA and enjoy your meal.
