Ingredients

  • 1papad
  • 1medium size boiled potato
  • 1 cupscramble paneer or chenna
  • 1/2 table spoonginger pieces
  • 1/2 teaspooncumin seeds
  • 1/2 table spoonchat masala
  • 1/2 table spooncoriander powder
  • 1/2 table spoonKashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoonsugar
  • 1 teaspoongreen chillies pieces
  • 4 table spooncoriander leaves pieces
  • 2 teaspoonpomegranate
  • 1 table spoonoil
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 teaspoonsev

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut the papad in middle portion

    Cut the boiled potato in small size

  3. 3

    In a frying pan put oil then add cumin seeds Ginger pieces coriander powder Kashmiri red chilli Powder in medium flame

  4. 4

    Put boiled potato pieces chat masala green chilli pieces coriander leaves pieces salt and sugar. Stir well, after two minutes off the gas.

    Roast the papad on a tawa then make it a cone as soon as possible and place it in a glass.

  6. 6

    Stuffed the cone with potato mixture then garnish it with pomegranate and sev and Serve it.
