Take a bowl add semolina curd and salt and water as per needed to smooth batter take a pan heat the flame add oil peas carrot onion tomato potato salt red chilli and coriander powder on low flame take a mixer and blend the semolina mixture take a tawa heat the flame add oil and semolina mixture prepare one side then prepare another side and stuffed fry vegetables on medium flame and make your own shape to a chilla your semolina chilla is ready serve with tomato sauce

Take a bowl add semolina and 2 tablespoon curd

Add salt and rest for 10 minutes

Add 1 cup water and mix well

Take a mixer and blend the mixture

Take a pan heat the flame add 2 tablespoon oil add peas chopped onions chopped tomatoes grated carrot then fry until peas get smooth on low flame

Add salt and red chilli to taste and 1 tablespoon coriander powder

Take a tawa heat the flame add 1/2 tablespoon oil and add 3 tablespoon semolina mixture on medium flame

When one side is crispy then prepare another side of chilla and stuffed fry vegetables then close the chilla and make your own shape to chilla

If you like potatoes add 1 boil potato to vegetables
